The frequency of spam phone calls has been increasing steadily in 2024. Some of these calls could be scammers posing as Anthem, Express Scripts, Davis Vision, and/or MetLife. To protect yourself, if you get a message from an unknown number claiming to be a NYSNA Benefits Fund healthcare service provider, you may want to take precautionary measures before calling the unknown number.

 

 

Established in 1972 and located in Albany, NY, the New York State Nurses Association Pension Plan and Benefits Fund are separate, multiemployer plans providing health insurance and retirement benefits for RNs and other medical professionals throughout New York State represented under collective bargaining by NYSNA.

The plans are governed by two Boards of Trustees, which have an equal number of representatives from NYSNA and the management of participating facilities. Here at the Plan and Fund office, we have approximately 50 employees on staff dedicated to providing the highest level of service exclusively to our participants.
